- Up to 5x annual earnings to max of $1,000,000*
Spouse
- $5,000 increments
- Up to the $100,000 max not to exceed 50% of the Employees supplemental coverage*
Children
- Purchase $10,000 if 6 months to age 19 or 25 (if full time student)
- Employee coverage must be elected to enroll spouse and/or child and all supplemental life insurance is paid for by you, if elected.
